Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Logistic manager, responsible for the overall optimal ues of the IT Resource and systems of the country offices and adherence to the IT policy so as to meet the organizations goals

Key accountabilities:

• Conducting all IT operational needs assessment
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Troubleshooting the system and solve hardware or software faults that may arise
• Conducting routine system checks
• Evaluate new technology and identify suitable contractors to supply technical equipments or services
• Maintain communication links with ISP technical staff and management
• Taking staff through a series of actions on the use of IT resources
• Ensure backup of all regional information to ensure availability in the occurrence of data losses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT
• Communication skills
• Experience of 5+ years NGO preferably
• Fluency in written and spoken French
