Job Title: ONL Development Advisor

Responsibilities:
• To develop and manages the incubation strategy, plan and budget for the country office, including incubation guidelines/procedures for partner selection
• To develop and implement an outreach strategy and plan to potential social entrepreneurs
• To raise funds for incubation activities
Minimum Requirements:
• University degree in Economics or finance, preferably a MBA in business Development or CFA
• A minimum of five years experience in consulting services to social enterprises, leading market studies, developing business plans
• Proven project/ budget management experience including monitoring
• Experience in building the capacity of others
