Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains  the work  structure  by updating  job  requirements  and job  description  for all  positions
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed .
• Strengthen  and  oversee  the implementation of  good  HRM practices in  the  member  facilities

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor’s  degree in  Humanities
• Master’s Degree  in Human  Resource  Management  ;
• Good  knowledge  in Computer skills
• At least  5 years  experience  in Managing  Human  Resources  in a  reputable  NGO/church  based  organization.
