Qualifications
• A Honor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering or related fields and a Post Graduate Training in Management or Business Development Studies ,
• At least 10 years of experience in agribusiness value chain development with special focus on business planning and marketing linkages
• Experience in project management , Contract Management and extension services,
• Skilled in managing the budget , program planning and implementation and external communication
• Good analytical and report writing skills required
• Excellent spoken and written English ,
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills , proven ability to work across boundaries .
