Responsibilities
Reporting to the business Development and Marketing Manager, the role is to manage, strengthen and retain relationships with major institutional existing customers and to develop new business and client relationships.
Key Accountabilities
• Maximize the company’s sales by scientific and ethical product promotion to attain sales targets
• Identify sales and marketing opportunities in both urban and upcountry markets

Qualifications
• A Bachelors degree in Biochemistry, Health Sciences, Biomedical Laboratory Technology Nursing, Marketing, Orthopedic Medicine, Pharmacy or other relevant area
Work Experience Requirement
• 4-6 years relevant field experience promoting pharmaceutical products
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in managing and planning key accounts business
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural/multidisciplinary environment
• Should have high integrity
• Hold a clean driving licence.

The Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation –Uganda headquartered at Mulago hospital is recruiting Care & Treatment Officer
Role definition
• Review and monitor the implementation of systems policies and procedures for aligning the various project objectives to health services from the district level to health facility and community level in Karamoja sub region in line with Baylor Uganda’s mission.
Specifications
• An M.B.Ch.B and registered with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council
• At least three years of experience in clinic or hospital based basic services . 2 years experience at a supervisory role will be an added advantage .
• Have Key personal competencies in Team and communication skills ,
• Must be dynamic , Persuasive & Convincing , self-motivated and bale to demonstrate high initiative .
