Duties
• Monitor  placement  of   radio  and TV  spot  adverts  on regional  and national   radio  TV  stations .
• Monitor sponsored properties and placement of other sponsorship benefits. (Sponsor  boards, endorsements, announcements, spot  ads  and others )
• Monitor  and  qualify  print  , PR, outdoor  and  social  media  in  completing  the mass media
• Generate  monthly  customized  hard  and  electronic  reports  for each  campaign  where  applicable .

Required
• Company  Profile  with  references  on  similar  services  provided  in the  past  five  years  and  any  subsequent  letters  of recommendation
• Certificate of Incorporation
• URA  tax  registration  certificates
• Technical  &  Financial  proposals  broken  down  by  media  as  stipulated  in  1-4  above
